Football Parking

One of the more popular benefits of Spartan Fund membership is priority parking eligibility! To request priority parking, you must be a Spartan Fund member at the $250 Sparty Club level or above. To become eligible, you may make your gift online by clicking here or by calling the Spartan Fund at 517-432-4610. Your gift is 100% tax-deductible (80% if seat-related)! After making your gift, you will need to submit your parking request based upon the below information and map. Please call the Spartan Fund or the Spartan Ticket Office at 1-800-GO-STATE to submit your lot request.

Important to note:

  • Your Spartan Fund membership must be active as of July 1, 2014, for you to be eligible for priority parking.
  • Football priority parking is based on a donors cumulative giving to athletics from July 1, 2013 thru June 30, 2014.
  • All donor parking is reassigned on an annual basis.
  • Parking passes will be allocated based on the Spartan Fund Donor Priority System, first by Spartan Fund membership level, then by Spartan Points within each level.
  • For the best chance at receiving your top choice, we suggest being at the highest donor level within the corresponding zone.
  • Obtaining a parking pass cannot be guaranteed due to demand nor can specific lot choices be guaranteed.

Number of passes assigned:

  • Honorary Coaches level and below donors will be issued 1 parking pass per account.
  •  Directors level donors may request 2 passes at $140 per pass (never guaranteed). Passes may be allocated as 1 pass in Zone 1, and 1 pass in Zone 3, OR 2 passes in Zone 2.
  • Scholarship level donors may request 1 no charge pass, plus request 1 additional pass for $140 (never guaranteed). Passes may be allocated as 1 pass in Zone 1, and 1 pass in Zone 3, OR 2 passes in Zone 2.
  • Champions and Ambassadors donors may request 1 no charge pass, plus request 2 additional passes at $140 per pass (never guaranteed). Passes may be allocated as 2 passes in Zone 1, and 1 pass in Zone 3.
  • Suite holders are issued 1 pass for every 4 seats in Zone 1.

FOOTBALL PARKING GUIDELINES

MSU Athletics – in coordination with the MSU Campus Police – adheres to university guidelines in order to promote a safe and enjoyable tailgating experience for all.  Please visit gameday.msu.edu to view parking & tailgating guidelines.

Recreational Vehicles (RV)

Active members of the Spartan Fund may request a parking pass for a RV under 30 feet in Lot H. No new RV passes will be issued in Lots A, J, P. Parking for RVs longer than 30 feet will be located in the public parking area Lot 92 located off Service Road. The public parking lots are on a pay per game basis (no season pass is available).

Lost, Stolen, or Destroyed Passes

Parking passes which are lost, stolen, or destroyed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Replacement passes may be subjective to a charge equivalent to the price of a season parking pass. If original parking passes are recovered, unused parking passes can be returned no later than 10 days after the last day of the regular season for a refund.
Any parking pass deemed as a duplicate or a forgery will be reviewed with the original parking pass forfeited for the remainder of the year without refund. Offenses may result in the loss of parking privileges for future seasons.

Lot Opening Times

Football parking lots will open 7:00am for noon games, 9:00am for 3:00pm games and 1:00pm for all night games (subject to change based on game time).
