How Can I Give?

Thank You, Spartans, for your support on GIVE GREEN DAY!

Give Green Day 2024 was a record-breaking year of Spartans near and far showing their support for Michigan State. Alan Haller, VP & Director of Athletics, has a message of gratitude for alumni, family, and friends after witnessing the remarkable coming together to champion our student-athletes in 24 hours of giving.

We’re on a mission to enrich the experience for our Spartan supporters who provide our over 700 student-athletes – our champions – the best experience possible in the classroom, in competition, and in the community during their time at MSU.

Your philanthropic gifts in support of that mission provide resources necessary to keep MSU Athletics self-sustaining and competitive in today’s ever-changing intercollegiate landscape while also shaping the future of MSU Athletics.

Champions in the Classroom.

Competing in the sport they love while receiving a world-class education. Your support of the academic and career endeavors of Spartan student-athletes is preparing them to be the next world leaders, capable of tackling global challenges.

‘Victory for MSU’ fills every Spartan with pride. Competing for championships within the prestigious Big Ten Conference is no easy task, yet our varsity sport teams are achieving unprecedented success on the field and on the court. Your investment can help sustain current success, while transforming the future as we ‘Reach Higher’.

Champions in the Community.

It truly is better to give than to receive. From kids clinics, to accessible trick-or-treating, to reading to local classrooms, our Spartan student-athletes are making an impact in the community. It’s a mindset that fits right into the MSU Athletics mission statement: We gather & engage our community to teach, support and celebrate our student-athletes in their quest for excellence.

Why Donate to the Spartan Fund?

Your support impacts the daily lives of over 700 Spartan student-athletes – providing them opportunities to pursue excellence in the classroom and in competition, all while preparing them for life beyond the banks of the Red Cedar.  Who will ‘Invest In Champions’ and provide a better tomorrow?  Spartans Will.
